CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Please note, once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or adjusted. Cancelations are only possible if requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Sp5der is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibility of claims or correspondence with the shipping carrier.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Please contact us immediately if your item is defective/damaged. We will require visual evidence of the garment in order to review the damage and find a solution. Defects are at the discretion of Sp5der.
